OUR OPERATIONS HUB
GCP operates from one of the most luxurious townhouses in central London, managed by Jessie, Ying and Romeo, together with social media. Four residents oversee the townhouse, coordinating 10 to 15 carefully selected and impeccably dressed volunteers each day from various charitable organisations who form our charity dinner operations team.
This team also prepares our signature GCP juice, a cancer-fighting blend served daily to all guests. Jessie serves as the townhouse manager, assisting event organisers with daily Michelin star charity dinners and donation-focused events.
Ying acts as the Hospitality Manager and Head of Care, overseeing housekeeping and working alongside Michelin star chefs, while Romeo manages administration and sales. The GCP team also includes tax law and accounting specialists as shareholders, ensuring the business operates efficiently and without issue.
